Italian Dressing Recipe
theDealyo has been making this Italian Dressing Recipe for years. The taste is unparalleled to bottled Italian dressing and it’s very inexpensive to make. Once you go homemade it will be hard to go back!
We use this Italian Dressing Recipe on salads, as vegetable dressing and even chicken marinade. The ideas are endless.
You may already have all the ingredients in your pantry to make this Italian Dressing Recipe.
We use fresh parmesan cheese, but you can buy the pre-shredded kind if that’s more your speed. We’ve never tried it with the Kraft Powdered Parmesan Cheese since we don’t buy it. If you test it out let us know how it goes.
This makes a full cup of Italian Dressing so it will cover quite a few salads. We double it when we use it as a marinade.
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Water
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoons Salt (or to taste)
1 Teaspoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Teaspoon White Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper (or to taste)
DIRECTIONS:
Add all of the ingredients to a shake and shake well to blend.
Refrigerate for at least an hour for the ingredients to harmonize. We like it the next day the best.
